We have surrender events and wellness and spay/neuter clinics scheduled throughout the year, subject to the availability of volunteers and volunteer vets and vet techs.

Donated pet food and supplies are available on our event and clinic days, from 8am to 5pm, while supplies last.

Wellness and spay/neuter appointments are filled from our waitlist, which is very long.  We recommend that you submit a request form on our website as soon as possible to get on our waitlist, and we also recommend that you explore other low-cost wellness and spay/neuter options (which may also have long waitlists, too).  A list of these options is below.

Due to limited placement spots for animals at our partner shelters and rescues, we are usually unable to accept surrender walk-ins.  If you wish to surrender an animal, please call (866-534-2293), email (leechlakelegacy@gmail.com), or submit a request form on our website if you wish to surrender an animal.  We’ll contact to you gather information about the animal (breed, age, sex, medical info, behavior info, and a photo).  Upon receipt of that information, we can start to work on finding placement.
